Quality Control and Improvement of Product Design and Development Process Based on Knowledge Management
Continuously launching high quality and low cost avionics products with satisfying customers is the embodiment of the competitiveness of enterprises,and the design source determines the quality and economic level of products.Based on practice,this paper explores and constructs a closed-loop management mechanism and method based on knowledge management,which is applied to product design and effectively improves the quality of product design and development process.This paper summarizes the practice and experience of establishing technical regulation and independent review as breakthrough point,strengthening personnel's quality awareness as the guide,improving personnel's design ability as the core,and restricting personnel's compliance behavior as the guarantee,and realizing iteration,optimization,accumulation and precipitation through PDSA cycle.
