摘要
在科学技术飞速发展的今天,办公室工作正处于转型关键时期,亟须充分利用先进技术手段,提高办公室工作智能化管理水平,提高办公室工作效率和工作质量,为企业的高质量、高效率运行提供强有力的支撑.基于此,探讨办公室日常工作特征以及办公室工作智能化的相关概念,分析办公室工作智能化管理技术应用,探讨优化办公室工作智能化管理结构的有效措施.
Abstract
In today's rapidly developing science and technology,office work is in a critical period of transformation.It is urgent to fully utilize advanced technological means to improve the intelligent management level of office work,in order to improve office work efficiency and quality,and provide strong support for the high-quality and efficient operation of enterprises.Based on this,this article explores the characteristics of daily office work,and related concepts of office work intelligence,analyze the application of intelligent management technology in office work,research effective measures to optimize the intelligent management structure of office work.
