自然循环锅炉是一种简单、经济的锅炉形式,采用自然对流的方式实现热量传递。在自然循环锅炉中,壁温控制是一个重要环节。正确的壁温控制可以保证锅炉的安全运行,延长锅炉的使用寿命,提高锅炉的热效率。现有的自然循环锅炉壁温控制方法主要有两种,一种是基于传统PID控制的方法,另一种是基于智能算法的方法。传统PID控制方法需要根据锅炉的特点和工作条件手动调节PID参数,工作量大,调节时间长,且控制效果有限。而基于智能算法的方法,比如神经网络、模糊控制、遗传算法等,可以快速学习和适应锅炉的工作条件,提高控制精度和稳定性。
Research and Application of Wall Temperature Control in Natural Circulation Boilers
Natural circulation boiler is a simple and economical boiler form,which uses natural convection to achieve heat transfer.The control of wall temperature is an important problem in natural circulation boilers.Correct wall temperature control can ensure the safe operation of the boiler,extend the service life of the boiler and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.There are two main control methods for natural circulation boiler wall temperature:one is based on traditional PID control,and the other is based on intelligent algorithm.The traditional PID control method needs to manually adjust the PID parameters according to the characteristics of the boiler and working conditions,which has a large workload,long adjustment time and limited control effect.The methods based on intelligent algorithms,such as neural network,fuzzy control,genetic algorithm,etc.,can quickly learn and adapt to the working conditions of the boiler,improve the control accuracy and stability.
