勐统坝灌区节水配套改造项目施工管理探析

摘要
水利是农业的命脉,如果灌区输水设施配套不完善,水资源不能有效利用,则该区域农业发展将被严重制约,因此应及早实施节水配套改造项目,提高水资源利用率,为当地农业增产和群众增收提供有力支撑.本文根据工程实例,分析勐统坝灌区节水配套改造项目建设过程中面临的问题,有针对性地提出有效对策,以高质量完成项目建设.
Abstract
Water is the lifeblood of agriculture,if the irrigation area water transport facilities are not perfect,water resources can not be effectively used,then the regional agricultural development will be seriously restricted,so we should implement water-saving supporting renovation projects as soon as possible,improve the utilization rate of water resources,to provide strong support for local agricultural production and increase the income of the masses.Based on engineering examples,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced in the construction of water-saving supporting renovation project in Mengtongba Irrigation District,and puts forward effective countermeasures to ensure the high quality of the project construction.
