Control of Electric Power Engineering Cost Management in the Construction Stage
Cost management is directly related to the construction cost and economic benefits of power engineering.At present,there are still some problems in cost management and control during the construction phase of power engineering.In order to improve the effectiveness of cost management in power engineering,a simple analysis is conducted on the manifestation and control difficulties of cost management in the construction stage of power engineering.The various factors that cause cost increase in the construction process are clarified,and the strategies for cost management throughout the entire process from construction design to completion settlement are explained.It is hoped that the goal of cost control and improvement of construction quality can be achieved,providing some reference for engineering cost management personnel.
