摘要
矿山工业作为全球最重要的资源供应链之一,对于许多国家的经济增长和发展至关重要.然而,矿山安全事故频发,使矿工的生命安全时刻受到威胁.本文深入剖析了提升矿山救护队应急救援能力的必要性、工作原则和具体策略,从依法救援、目标导向、基层至上的原则出发,提出日常训练、预防为主、平战结合,以及引进装备、强化管理等多方面策略,以期为矿山救护队提供全面深入的指导.
Abstract
As one of the most important resource supply chains in the world,the mining industry is crucial for the economic growth and development of many countries.But at the same time,mine safety accidents are frequent,putting the lives of miners at risk at all times.This paper analyses in depth the necessity,working principles and specific strategies for improving the emergency rescue capability of mine rescue teams,and puts forward the strategies of daily training,prevention as the mainstay,combination of peace and war,as well as introduction of equipments and strengthening of management from the principles of rescue according to the law,target orientation and grass-roots level first,with a view to providing comprehensive and in-depth guidance for mine rescue teams.
