摘要
随着工业化和现代化进程的加速,钢结构厂房因其高强度、轻重量、施工速度快和环境适应性强等特点,成为现代工业建筑的重要组成部分.钢结构厂房的投资估算编制成为确保项目的经济合理性和控制预算的基础,运用估算编制的方法和指标可以提高估算的准确性和效率,保证项目的顺利实施.因此,本文针对钢结构厂房投资估算编制的方法和指标展开探讨,以期为相关领域人员提供理论参考.
Abstract
With the acceleration of industrialization and modernization process,steel structure plant has become an important part of modern industrial buildings because of its characteristics of high strength,light weight,fast construction speed and strong environmental adaptability.The preparation of investment estimation in the planning stage of steel structure plant has become the basis to ensure the economic rationality of the project and control the budget.The use of effective estimation preparation methods and indicators can improve the accuracy and efficiency of the estimation and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Therefore,this paper discusses the method and index of investment estimation in the project stage of steel structure plant,in order to provide theoretical reference for personnel in related fields.
