公共租赁住房项目运营科学管理风险研究

近年来,公共租赁住房项目仍是保障性住房房源筹集建设的主要方面之一,此类项目主要着力解决城镇低保、低收入群体的住房困难问题。当前,大多省、市均已基本实现公共租赁住房城镇低保、低收入家庭依申请应保尽保,也积累了丰富的运营管理经验,但在运营管理方面依旧存在诸多风险,亟待有关部门持续创新运营管理理念及方法。基于此,着重分析当前公共租赁住房项目的运营管理风险,提出相应的风险防范措施,以期为类似项目提供借鉴参考。
Research on Scientific Risk Management of Public Rental Housing Project Operation
In recent years,public rental housing projects are still one of the main aspects of the collection and construction of affordable housing.Such projects mainly focus on solving the housing difficulties of urban subsistence allowances and low-income groups.At present,most provinces and cities have basically realized the urban subsistence allowance for public rental housing and low-income families upon application.However,they have accumulated rich experience in operation and management,but there are still many risks in operation and management,and it is urgent for relevant departments to continue to innovate operation and management concepts and methods.Based on this,this paper focuses on analyzing the operation and management risks of current public rental housing projects,and puts forward corresponding risk prevention measures in order to provide reference for similar projects.
