摘要
通过分析航空工业各单位基建档案管理的现状,总结和整理基建档案管理中普遍存在的问题,结合AOS流程管理体系,对基建档案进行全生命周期管理,将基建档案管理工作纳入AOS的优势,为实现基建档案全生命周期管理提出相应的措施和建议,希望能对档案管理工作模式转型起到一定的促进作用.
Abstract
By analyzing the status quo of capital construction archives management in AVIC,the paper summarizes and sorts out the common problems in capital construction archives management,and puts forward that we should combine with the AOS process management system,carry on the life cycle management to the capital construction archives.This paper expounds the advantages of bringing the management of capital construction archives into AOS,and puts forward some corresponding measures and suggestions for realizing the whole life cycle management of capital construction archives,hope to play a role in promoting the mode transformation of archives management.
