摘要
在当前竞争激烈的社会环境中,企业要想获得持续发展和稳固的市场地位,除了具备强大经济实力外,还必须具备优秀的企业文化和文明素养.企业文化、思想道德教育和精神文明建设在企业发展中扮演着重要角色.基于此,本文主要讨论企业文化、思政工作和精神文明建设之间的关系,探讨企业文化在促进精神文明建设方面的作用、思政工作对企业精神文明建设的重要性,以及精神文明建设和企业文化的相互促进作用,阐述做好企业思想政治工作和企业文化建设的策略.
Abstract
In the current fiercely competitive social environment,in order for enterprises to achieve sustainable development and a stable market position,in addition to having strong economic strength,they must also possess excellent corporate culture and civilized literacy.Corporate culture,ideological and moral education,and civilization construction play important roles in the development of enterprises.This article mainly discusses the relationship between corporate culture,ideological and political work,and civilization construction,explores the role of corporate culture in inheriting the spirit of civilization,the importance of ideological and political work in corporate civilization construction,and the mutual promotion between civilization construction and corporate culture.It also elaborates on the strategies for maintaining corporate ideological and political work and corporate culture construction.
