摘要
随着新形势下供电企业管理会计应用的深化,一些问题逐渐浮现.现有管理会计在信息化、数据分析、决策支持等方面存在不足,需要加强技术应用和方法创新.基于此,本文探索供电企业管理会计的优化路径,建议加强人才培养,推动数字化转型,加强内部控制,提升外部环境适应能力等,以期为企业提高管理效率、降低运营风险提供决策参考.
Abstract
With the continuous deepening of the application of management accounting in power supply enterprises under the new situation,some problems have gradually emerged.There are deficiencies in information technology,data analysis,and decision support in existing management accounting,and it is necessary to strengthen technological application and method innovation.In terms of path optimization,it is recommended to strengthen talent cultivation,promote digital transformation,strengthen internal control,and enhance the adaptability to the external environment.
