本文提出,以创新发展作为推动企业高质量发展的内生动力,将加快"网络强国、数字中国"作为顺应数字时代发展的战略举措融入基层党建工作,通过数字党建赋能,建立"可量化、可评价、可约束"的考评指标体系,不断深化政治建设铸魂、思想建设聚力、组织建设强基、作风建设塑形、纪律建设固堤,全方位提升党建质量实效,以高质量党建引领保障高质量发展,促进基层党建工作全面提升.
