关于法定计量检定机构数字化转型的思考

摘要
当前,数字化浪潮方兴未艾,以大数据、云计算、人工智能为代表的新一代数字技术日新月异,催生了数字经济这一新的经济发展形态.党中央、国务院高度重视数字经济发展,在《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》《计量发展规划(2021-2035年)》中,更是把数字计量摆在突出位置.2022年,国际计量组织将第23个世界计量日的主题确定为"数字时代的计量",体现了计量数字化转型的重要意义以及计量在数字经济时代的重要作用.市场监管总局积极部署和大力支持计量数字化转型,发布了相关文件.基于此,本文研究计量数字化转型,为相关行业从业人员提供参考.
Abstract
At present,the digital wave is in the ascendant.The new generation of digital technology represented by big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence is changing with each passing day,which has given birth to the new economic development form of digital economy.The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of the digital economy and raise it to a national strategy.They have issued a series of plans and measures.In the'Fourteenth Five-Year Plan and 2035 Vision Outline'"Measurement Development Plan(2021-2035),"digital measurement is placed in a prominent position.In 2022,the International Organization for Metrology identified the theme of the 23 rd World Metrology Day as"measurement in the digital age,"which reflects the significance of the digital transformation of measurement and the important role of measurement in the era of digital economy.The General Administration of Market Supervision actively deployed and strongly supported the digital transformation of measurement,and issued relevant documents.It can be seen that the transformation of measurement digitization is an imperative and far-reaching major change.
