摘要

国务院于2019年印发《国家职业教育改革实施方案》,首次提出在职业院校和应用型本科启动"1+X"证书制度试点,旨在通过"三教"改革等手段,培养适应市场需求、拥有"1+X"证书的复合型技术技能人才.本文从分析"1+X"证书制度与产教融合契合度入手,阐述高职教育与职业资格证书制度衔接及高职国土测绘与规划专业实施"1+X"证书制度的重要意义,从评价机制、学分转换、课程体系、人培模式等方面提出该专业实施"1+X"证书制度的保障条件.

Abstract

The State Council issued the"National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan"in 2019,which proposed for the first time to launch the pilot"1+X"certificate system in vocational colleges and application-oriented undergraduates,aiming to train composite technical skills talents who meet market demand and have"1+X"certificates through the"three education"reform and other means.This paper starts with the analysis of the compatibility between the"1+X"certificate system and the integration of production and education,expounds the connection between higher vocational education and vocational qualification certificate system and the significance of implementing the"1+X"certificate system for the major of land surveying and mapping and planning in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the guarantee conditions for the implementation of the"1+X"certificate system for this major from the aspects of evaluation mechanism,credit transfer,curriculum system and personnel training mode.
