摘要
建设知识产权公共服务数字化集成平台是深化知识产权服务事项改革的重要方式,为进一步提升浙江知识产权公共服务数字化集成水平,以"知识产权在线"为例,充分运用"互联网+知识产权"、大数据和信息化技术,分析建设背景与实际需求,提出浙江融合优化知识产权各类资源和服务的知识产权平台设计与建设方式,为全国类似平台的功能设计以及服务能力和效率的提升提供经验借鉴.
Abstract
The digital integration platform for public service of intellectual property rights is an important way to deepen the reform of intellectual property services,and it aims to further enhance the digital integration level of public service of intellectual property rights in Zhejiang.Taking"Intellectual Property Online"as an example,this text fully utilizes"Internet+intellectual property rights",big data,and information technology,analyzes the background and actual needs,and proposes a design and construction method for the intellectual property platform that integrates and optimizes various intellectual property resources and services in Zhejiang.This provides experience and reference for the functional design and construction of similar platforms nationwide,and improves service capabilities and efficiency.
