摘要
机动车尾气排放是造成大气污染的来源之一,在对排放超标的机动车进行监管过程中,以往经常使用的尾气年审和路检、路查等措施,检测频率低、范围小,难以满足现阶段的监管需求.因此,针对黑烟车构建智能监控系统十分必要.基于大数据分析技术,对黑烟车的数据进行科学分析及统计,为机动车污染防治工作提供更科学的依据和支撑.
Abstract
Motor vehicle emissions are one of the sources of air pollution,In the supervision of motor vehicles with excessive emissions in the process,the past often use tailpipe annual audit and road checks and other measures to detect low frequency,small scope,has been difficult to meet the current stage of the regulatory needs.For this reason,it is necessary to build an intelligent monitoring system for smoky vehicles.Based on big data analysis technology,the data of smoky vehicles for scientific analysis and statistics,for motor vehicle pollution prevention and control work to provide a more scientific basis and support.
