摘要
本文基于医保信息化建设和医院医保精细化管理存在的问题,提出一系列改进措施.在医保信息化建设方面,强调加强信息化平台建设、加快医保电子化改革和推动医保信息共享.在医院医保精细化管理方面,强调建立医保管理责任制、强化医保费用监控与控制、推进医保数据分析与风险评估.为了提升医保服务体验,提出创新就医结算服务、加强医保政策宣传与指导、完善服务质量监督与反馈机制等建议.
Abstract
This paper proposes a series of relevant measures to strengthen the construction of medical insurance informatization and deepen the fine management of medical insurance in hospitals.In the construction of medical insurance informatization,it includes improving the construction of informatization platform,accelerating the reform of medical insurance electronization and strengthening the sharing of medical insurance information.In terms of fine management of medical insurance in hospitals,it emphasizes the establishment of medical insurance management responsibility system,strengthening the monitoring and control of medical insurance expenses,and promoting medical insurance data analysis and risk assessment.In order to optimize the medical insurance service experience,it is also proposed to innovate the medical settlement service,strengthen the publicity and guidance of medical insurance policy,and strengthen the service quality supervision and feedback mechanism.
