Application of Production and Measurement Technology in Prefabricated Assembly Line of Metro Assembly Track Plate
The prefabricated assembly line of assembled track plate has the characteristics of standardization,industrialization,mechanization and high informationization,it can realize the standardization and systematization of the measurement technology in the production process and improve the production efficiency of the assembled track plate.Taking the prefabricated assembly line of prefabricated track plate of Qingdao Metro Line 6 as an example,based on the analysis of the prefabricated track plate production line,the measurement technology used in the prefabricated track plate production line is studied.Based on the analysis of the work flow of field measurement and the application of measurement technology,this paper summarizes the measurement technology used in the prefabricated assembly line of assembled track plate,which plays an important role in the production efficiency and quality control of the assembly line,can provide reference for other similar projects.
