The Necessity and Feasibility of the Application of Movement Line Design Technology for Cigarette Distribution Center
The Chinese tobacco commercial system has nearly two thousand cigarette logistics and distribution centers.In recent years,under the strategic guidance of"laying the foundation,improving the level,and creating first-class",investment has been gradually increased in the affiliated cigarette logistics distribution centers.Through several rounds of reconstruction and technological transformation,the infrastructure and hardware configuration have reached or approached the international advanced level.However,in the joint workshop of the cigarette logistics distribution center,there are often multiple operations that interfere with each other,conflicts between personnel and multiple vehicles,and unchangeable regional functions at the work site,which seriously affects the efficiency of the operation,continuously generates safety risks,and directly disrupts the production order.Effectively achieving standardization,flexibility,visualization,digitization,and intelligence of on-site management is a key task for China Tobacco Commercial Logistics Distribution Center.This article intends to comprehensively discuss how to apply flow line design technology to improve the efficiency and safety standardization management level of tobacco logistics operation sites through the study of general principles,technical methods,and tool applications for the optimization and design of flow lines in the joint workshop of cigarette logistics distribution centers.Through practical case analysis,this article aims to standardize and guide the flow line design and optimization work of cigarette logistics distribution center joint workshops in the tobacco industry,improve the efficiency and safety standardization management level of operation sites,and provide a scientific and standardized operational paradigm.
