摘要
海对海定向钻穿越是指定向钻的入、出土点都在海上,管道预制也在海上,可以减少对管线路由上的航道、交叉管缆等设施的影响,并有效保护环境,缩短施工周期,节省投资,满足不断发展的海上管道工程建设需要,市场应用前景广阔.基于此,以2022年的黄泽山—鱼山原油管道海对海定向钻穿越工程为例,介绍海上施工的工艺措施,为今后的海对海定向钻穿越工程积累宝贵经验.
Abstract
The sea-to-sea directional drilling crossing is to designate the entry and exit points of the drilling to be at sea,and the pipeline prefabrication is also at sea,which can reduce the impact on the channel,cross pipe and cable and other facilities on the pipeline route,and can effectively protect the environment,shorten the construction period,save investment,meet the needs of the continuous development of offshore pipeline engineering construction,and have a broad market prospect.Taking the sea-to-sea directional drilling crossing project of Huangzeshan-Yushan crude oil pipeline in 2022 as an example,this paper introduces the process measures of offshore construction,and accumulates valuable experience for the future sea-to-sea directional drilling crossing project.
