摘要

实现铝电解烟气超低排放是行业清洁生产和环保绩效A级企业的基本要求.对某新建项目的电解烟气湿法脱硫系统和半干法脱硫系统的技术方案进行比选发现,湿法脱硫和干法脱硫系统的建设投资强度处于同一水平;在全负荷烟气量工况,二氧化硫排放指标满足超低排放限值要求时,湿法脱硫系统的直接运行成本更具优势.经综合比选,湿法脱硫系统更适合于该建设项目.

Abstract

Realizing ultra-low emissions of aluminum production pot gas is a basic requirement for cleaner production and a-level enterprises of environmental performance.By comparing the technical solutions of the wet desulfurization system and the semi-dry desulfurization system for aluminum production pot gas in a new project,the investment intensity in the construction of wet desulfurization and semi-dry desulfurization systems is at the same level.When the sulfur dioxide emission meets the ultra-low emission limit requirements under flue gas flow conditions,the direct operating cost of the wet desulfurization system is more advantageous.After comprehensive comparison and selection,the wet desulfurization system is more suitable for this project.
