Discussion on Project Management of Traffic Engineering Construction
The rapid urbanization also led to the rapid development of traffic engineering,all parts of the country have started a variety of traffic construction projects,for our country's economic sustained growth to lay a solid foundation.Because these traffic projects often have the characteristics of long cycle,high technical requirements and large capital investment,the construction quality and management of such construction projects are put forward a higher standard.Based on the main characteristics of traffic engineering construction projects,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the current project management process,and puts forward specific improvement measures,hoping to provide some references for improving the management level of traffic engineering construction projects.
