摘要
在信息技术快速发展的背景下,如何提升人才培养质效,是当前落实新型电力系统发展战略的重要挑战.传统的线下集中培训评价模式已经无法满足时代发展,企业需要主动适应大环境的变化,紧跟企业数字化转型的脚步,充分利用大数据、云计算等信息化技术.基于此,结合知识体系构建现状,详细分析电力企业知识管理体系的构建与应用.
Abstract
In the context of rapid development of information technology,how to improve the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation is an important challenge in implementing the development strategy of the new power system.The traditional offline centralized training and evaluation model is no longer suitable for the current era.Enterprises need to actively adapt to changes in the overall environment,keep up with the pace of digital transformation,and fully utilize information technologies such as big data and cloud computing.Based on this,combined with the current situation of knowledge system construction,a detailed analysis is conducted on the construction and application of knowledge management system in power enterprises.
