Research and Practice on the"1+1+2"Professional Growth Training Model for Young Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools——Taking Computer Teachers as an Example
This study focuses on young teachers majoring in computer science,explore the design,practice,and application of professional growth training models for young teachers.Following the principles of cultivating individuality,emphasizing practice,and promoting mutual learning and teaching,we have constructed a"1+1+2"professional growth training model with the main steps of demand research and analysis,training and training activities,practical teaching and mutual learning,and personalized growth support.In practice and application,based on the actual situation of the school,elaborated on the implementation process and operational specifications of the model,it provides useful experience and inspiration for the professional growth of young teachers in border areas.
