智能制造下企业MES系统的实现路径探索

摘要
因为信息化程度较低的问题,部分中小型企业在发展过程中,生产、加工和运行环节的工作难度较大,因此发展"制造执行系统"(企业MES系统)成为必然选择.基于此,从实践出发,对企业制造执行系统的主要内容进行简单分析,论述企业MES系统在智能制造中的应用,并提出具体的实现路径,以期为智能制造业的生产经营和其他相关工作提供参考.
Abstract
Currently,some small and medium-sized enterprises are facing increasing difficulties in production,processing,and operation due to their low level of informatization in their development process.In this case,the development of"Manufacturing execution system"(enterprise MES system)is an inevitable choice.Therefore,this paper starts from practice,and makes a simple analysis of the main content of enterprise Manufacturing execution system;Secondly,the application of enterprise MES systems in intelligent manufacturing was discussed;On this basis,a specific implementation path is provided to provide some reference for the production and operation of the intelligent manufacturing industry and other related work.
