Application and Analysis on Tolerance Principle in Parts Design
This article takes the independence principle,inclusion requirement,and maximum material requirement in the tolerance principle as examples to introduce relevant basic concepts,analyze the characteristics,qualification conditions,and application scope of each principle,and further explain them in practical applications.This will help to more accurately apply the tolerance principle in the design and manufacturing of mechanical parts,effectively control the design quality of parts,simplify the process of parts manufacturing,inspection,and assembly,and maximize labor productivity and economic benefits.
