在现在的世界货运机队中,宽体波音飞机B767-300货机是主流机型。波音767飞机有众多工作系统,而发动机引气是飞机的主要气源系统,发动机的引气供给飞机多个系统使用,包括飞机增压系统、空调系统、防冰系统及液压油箱增压系统等。发动机引气系统经常出现一些常见故障,影响飞机的正常运营。波音767货机一般选装PW4000或CF6-80C2系列的发动机。基于此,对CF6-80C2发动机的高中压引气转换原理与常见故障进行分析和研究[1-2]。
Analysis on Principle and Common Faults of Boeing Aircraft 767 Engine High Pressure Bleed Air
In the current world cargo fleet,the wide-body Boeing B767-300 freighter is the mainstream model.Boeing 767 aircraft has a large of working systems,and the engine bleed air is the main pneumatic source of aircraft,the engine bleed air supply to the aircraft many user systems,such as aircraft pressurization system,air conditioning system,anti-icing system and hydraulic tank pressurization system.The engine bleed air system also often has some common failures,affecting the normal operation of the aircraft.Boeing 767 Freighters are typically equipped with PW4000 or CF6-80C2 series engines.This article is a brief analysis of the principle and common faults of CF6-80C2 engine's high and middle pressure bleed air conversion.
