钢结构工程以其独特优势在现代建筑行业得到广泛应用,但在钢结构工程项目施工管理过程中仍面临诸多挑战,比如设计与施工协调困难、施工组织与进度控制复杂、质量与安全管理压力大等.本文在分析钢结构工程项目施工管理难点的基础上,探讨BIM技术在钢结构深化设计、施工模拟与进度控制、质量与安全管理以及工程信息管理等方面的应用,并提出加强BIM人才培养、完善BIM标准规范、推动BIM与其他信息技术融合等建议,以期为BIM技术在钢结构工程施工协同管理中的应用提供参考.
Steel structure engineering is widely used in the modern construction industry with its unique advantages.However,there are still many challenges in the process of construction management of steel structure projects,such as difficulties in coordinating design and construction,complex construction organization and progress control,and great pressure on quality and safety management.Based on the difficulty of analyzing the difficulties of steel structure project,this paper discusses the application of BIM technology in the design of steel structure,construction simulation and schedule control,quality and safety management and engineering information management,and proposes to strengthen BIM talent training,improve BIM standard and specification,promote the integration of BIM and other information technology,in order to provide reference for the application of BIM technology in the collaborative management of steel structure engineering construction.
