Innovation in Human Resource Management in Public Institutions in the Information Age
In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly,artificial skills technology and different types of information technology have been widely used in all walks of life,the era of knowledge economy marked by advanced science and technology has come.In the context of the new era,the importance of human resource management is becoming more and more prominent.How to promote the innovation and development of human resource management has become the focus of attention of relevant staff,and public institutions,as an important part of China's economic development system,should pay more attention to this issue and explore innovative paths.The purpose of this paper is to discuss related issues and provide reference for practice.
