Investigation of Educational Needs of the Elderly and Analysis of Influencing Factors in Nanning City
Addressing the learning needs of the elderly is crucial in order to enhance their social participation and contribute to the development of an age-friendly society.However,the field of elderly education faces several challenges.These include a lack of sufficient course offerings,inadequately trained teachers,a lack of distinctive and scientifically guided course types,insufficient course content to cater to the specific needs of the elderly,and difficulties in securing funding.The study aims to summarize and analyze the current state of elderly education in each urban area,as well as identify the specific learning needs of the elderly by conducting questionnaires and interviews form six urban districts of Nanning City.This study utilizes DRT theoretical analysis to examine the factors that influence the elderly's dissatisfy action of learning.
