摘要

本文对基于OKR和PBC的绩效考核指标体系构建进行研究,通过总结绩效考核指标体系构建的意义与优势,分析构建绩效考核指标的方法.实践证明,基于OKR和PBC的绩效考核指标体系运行效果良好,能够提升绩效考核的科学性.

Abstract

This article studies the construction of performance evaluation index system based on OKR and PBC,summarizes the significance and advantages of constructing performance evaluation index system,and analyzes the methods of constructing performance evaluation index.Practice has proven that the performance evaluation index system based on OKR and PBC operates well and can enhance the scientificity of performance evaluation.
