闭环管控应对新形势下电费回收风险分析

摘要
本文分析引发电费回收风险的主要成因,并从闭环管控应对电费回收风险的现实成效方面入手,强调闭环管控应对电费回收风险的作用.在此基础上,提出一系列基于闭环管控的电费回收风险优化应对策略,包括结合现状制定电费回收工作方案、更新调整电费催收方法、加强各级部门联动形成电费回收合力、制定并推行电费回收工作激励机制、设置并落实电费回收的事后补救制度,以期提升电费回收工作的成效.
Abstract
The article analyzes the main causes of the risk of electricity fee recovery and emphasizes the effectiveness of closed-loop control in addressing the risk of electricity fee recovery.On this basis,a series of strategies for optimizing the risks of electricity fee recovery under the new situation based on closed-loop control have been proposed,including formulating a work plan for electricity fee recovery based on the current situation,updating and adjusting methods and measures for electricity fee collection,strengthening the linkage between departments at all levels to form a joint force for electricity fee recovery,developing and implementing incentive mechanisms for electricity fee recovery work,and setting up and implementing a post recovery system for electricity fee recovery,in order to improve the effectiveness of electricity fee recovery work.
