Analysis of the New Model of 'Internet+Labor Union' Service for Workers
The work of trade union service workers has a positive impact on the development of enterprises,helps to enhance employees'enthusiasm and sense of belonging,and improves the stability and sustainable development capability of enterprises.With the onset of the"Internet+"era,grassroots trade unions have made significant strides in serving employees.However,influenced by factors such as working environment and information data,there are still certain biases and gaps in the implementation of the four functions of grassroots trade unions.Enriching the work carrier for station planning is essential and requires continuous improvement.The new era has raised higher demands for grassroots trade union service workers.This paper explores a new model for"Internet+trade union"service workers based on practices at petroleum engineering and technology companies.
