In this paper,the RF power amplifier of all-solid-state medium-wave transmitter is studied in depth,the basic working principle of all-solid-state medium-wave transmitter is summarized,the design points and optimization methods of RF power amplifier,the diagnosis and elimination methods of common faults are analyzed,the current research progress in this field is expounded,and the main problems and challenges are currently faced,such as high temperature effect,radio frequency interference and anti-interference,Based on a detailed analysis of the size and weight,the future development direction and suggestions of all-solid-state medium-wave transmitter RF power amplifier are proposed,in order to provide reference and reference for the research and application in this field.
