摘要

本文深入探讨离心泵机械密封失效的原因,通过全面的分析和研究,提出有效的解决策略,从而为离心泵的日常运行和维护提供重要参考和指导.采用文献综述和实际经验相结合的方法,对离心泵机械密封失效的相关文献进行系统梳理和评价,全面了解密封失效的常见原因.结合工作经验,提出针对不同失效原因的解决策略.深入分析后发现,离心泵机械密封失效的主要原因包括摩擦磨损、密封件老化、介质泄漏等,这些问题的出现与材料选择不当、设计缺陷、使用环境恶劣以及维护不足等多种因素有关.基于此,提出优化密封材料、改进密封结构设计、加强设备维护等措施,并在实际应用中取得了良好的效果,为离心泵的稳定运行和维护提供了重要的参考和指导.

Abstract

In depth exploration of the causes of mechanical seal failure in centrifugal pumps,through comprehensive analysis and research,effective solutions are proposed,providing important reference and guidance for the daily operation and maintenance of centrifugal pumps.Using a combination of literature review and practical experience,a systematic review and evaluation of relevant literature on the failure of mechanical seals in centrifugal pumps were conducted to comprehensively understand the common causes of seal failure.Based on work experience,propose solutions for different failure causes.After in-depth analysis,it was found that the main causes of mechanical seal failure in centrifugal pumps include friction and wear,aging of sealing components,medium leakage,etc.The occurrence of these problems is related to various factors such as improper material selection,design defects,harsh operating environment,and insufficient maintenance.Based on this,measures such as optimizing sealing materials,improving sealing structure design,and strengthening equipment maintenance have been proposed,and have achieved good results in practical applications,providing important reference and guidance for the stable operation and maintenance of centrifugal pumps.
