Research on Performance Optimization and Construction Efficiency of Highway Pavement Laying Machinery
In order to improve the performance optimization and construction efficiency of highway pavement laying machinery,through in-depth analysis of the design,operation process and construction environment of existing laying equipment,a series of innovative optimization schemes are proposed.Using advanced simulation technology and field test,the influence of the scheme on improving construction speed,reducing cost and enhancing equipment stability is evaluated.The research results show that the efficiency and quality of expressway laying can be significantly improved by comprehensively considering the optimization of mechanical design,operation process and environmental factors.In order to provide valuable technical reference and practical guidance for the field of highway construction.
