The new era has put forward new requirements for the management of university archives.Each university needs to change its understanding of archive management,standardize the management of various types of archives,and excavate the value of archives through collection,organization,classification,and archiving,making them a reference for university work.At present,the effectiveness of archive management in some universities is not satisfactory,mainly because their archive management concepts and methods are outdated and difficult to adapt to the work requirements of the new era.Each university needs to adopt new technologies and build a modern archive management system at present and in the future.Based on this,this article analyzes the difficulties in the management of university archives in the new era and proposes corresponding reform paths to guide practical work.
