In recent years,"parking difficulties"have become a persistent problem related to people's livelihoods and urban development.The essence is the gap between parking supply and demand.How to find a balance point between vehicles and parking spaces,which can ensure that vehicles have space to park,as well as that parking spaces are fully utilized and rotate quickly,is the key work of future parking management.However,relying solely on government investment and construction,this work is difficult to effectively break the situation.The fundamental solution is to form a diversified investment system and support the industrialization of parking facility construction.Based on this,taking Jining as an example,this paper analyzes the internal and external advantages and disadvantages of parking industrialization in detail,and comprehensively analyzes the development prospect of Jining's urban motor vehicle parking industry by applying SWOT,and puts forward reasonable development suggestions accordingly.
