摘要
知识产权是促进科技创新与经济发展的杠杆,也是保护劳动成果不受侵害、形成投入产出良性循环的载体.基于此,本文探讨了在海南自贸港(区)建设背景下,知识产权发展面临的机遇和存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议,以期通过政府、科研院校、企业等各方努力为海南省知识产权高质量发展增添动力.
Abstract
Intellectual property is a bridge that promotes technological innovation and economic development,it is also to protect the fruits of labor from infringement,forming a carrier for a virtuous cycle of input output.This article explores the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port(Zone)in the context of,opportunities and existing problems in the development of intellectual property rights,and propose corresponding suggestions,in order to add impetus to the high-quality development of intellectual property in Hainan Province through the efforts of the government,research institutions,enterprises,and other parties.
