Analysis on the Green Transformation of Tobacco Commercial Logistics under the Background of Dual Carbon
With the national goals of"peak carbon dioxide emissions"in 2030 and"carbon neutrality"in 2060 proposing,China's economy has entered a new era of comprehensive green transformation,ecological priority and greenization low-carbon becoming important indicators of high-quality development.The tobacco industry,as the large-scale monopolistic enterprise in the cigarette supply chain,also be faced with the requirements of green transformation.The National Tobacco Monopoly Administration issued the Implementation Opinions on Deeply Implementing the Decision and Deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council to Do a Good Job in Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality in the Tobacco Industry in 2022,clearly proposing the goals and measures for promoting dual carbon in the tobacco industry,and pointing out the direction for the sustainable development of the tobacco industry in the next step.As the last link of the tobacco circulation system,tobacco commercial logistics has become a key research direction in the tobacco commercial system on how to implement the concept of green development and create a green logistics system.Based on the green development of tobacco commercial logistics,this article proposes the requirements and challenges for tobacco commercial enterprises in green logistics under the dual carbon background,it proposes steps and suggestions for the green transformation of tobacco commercial logistics.
