In order to actively implement the development concept of the"modern supply chain"of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and promote the in-depth development of the digital transformation strategy of enterprises,large-scale enterprises are increasingly demanding for the digital transformation of procurement business.It is urgent to establish an electronic bidding system based on the Internet and digital technology,and use computer networks to display the information announcement,supplier registration,bidding,bid opening,bid evaluation,bid determination and other processes of procurement projects,so as to realize the electronization of procurement data and information,improve procurement efficiency,reduce procurement costs,create a fair and effective benign competitive environment,reduce human interference factors in the procurement process,and eliminate procurement black box operations and procurement corruption.
