摘要
胶管密封结构应用广泛,解决胶管密封结构的泄漏和难装配问题至关重要.基于此,本文介绍了胶管密封结构的组成以及密封机理,从设计、质量和装配三个方面总结了胶管密封结构的故障原因,详细分析了胶管破裂故障和难装配故障,以期为后续密封结构设计提供参考,防止此类问题的再次发生.
Abstract
It is crucial to solve the leakage and difficult assembly problems of the sealing structure of the rubber hose.Based on this,this article introduces the composition and sealing mechanism of the rubber tube sealing structure,summarizes the causes of failure of the rubber tube sealing structure from three aspects:design,quality,and assembly,and analyzes in detail the failure of rubber tube rupture and difficult assembly,in order to provide reference for subsequent sealing structure design and prevent such problems from happening again.
