金属材料理化性质具有自身的特殊性,同时还具备较强的力学性能,使其在机械加工制造中具有不可替代性。金属材料热处理是机械加工制造的重要环节,合理应用金属材料热处理工艺,可以改善材料整体的机械性能,使其在加工制造过程中的热损耗降至最低水平,实现材料的节约使用,延长金属材料的使用寿命。本文从金属材料热处理工艺相关理论入手,分析了金属材料性能与热处理工艺之间的关系,并进一步阐述了金属材料热处理技术工艺和质量控制。
Application of Heat Treatment Process of Metal Materials in Machining and Manufacturing
Metal materials have their own unique physical and chemical properties,as well as strong mechanical properties,making them irreplaceable in mechanical processing and manufacturing.Metal material heat treatment is an important part of mechanical processing and manufacturing.Reasonable application of metal material heat treatment technology can improve the overall mechanical properties of materials,minimize heat loss during processing and manufacturing,achieve material conservation,and extend the service life of metal materials.This article starts with the relevant theories of metal material heat treatment process,analyzes the relationship between metal material properties and heat treatment process,and further elaborates on the metal material heat treatment technology process and quality control.
