A Brief Discussion on the Development of Domestic Functional Components
Compared to the host,the development of domestically produced CNC functional components lags behind.The research and development,optimization design,selection,and application of domestically produced functional components for CNC machine tools are important supports for the localization of domestically produced supporting functional components for CNC machine tools.The localization of functional components is an important step in improving the technical level of domestically produced major equipment,meeting domestic needs,and changing the dependence on imports and being controlled by others.It has significant strategic significance for improving the level of CNC machine tools in China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry and achieving the"Made in China 2025"goal.Based on this,this article starts with the opportunities and challenges of domestic functional components,taking the spindle and turntable as examples,analyzes the current situation of existing functional components,and makes trend judgments on the future development path of domestic functional components,which has certain reference value for the development of functional components.
