In this paper, the impermeability of hydraulic concrete is analyzed by using the primary and secondary water permeability resistance tests and electric flux tests, which are affected by surface coating permeation crystallization, curing relative humidity and curing age.The results showed that the chloride ion resistance and water permeation resistance of concrete increased with the extension of curing age and the increase of relative humidity. When the surface is coated with permeable crystallization, the impermeability of the secondary is significantly better than that of the primary one, while the impermeability of the permeable crystallization specimen is lower than that of the unpainted specimen under the condition of low relative humidity.
