本文使用一次、二次抗水渗透试验以及电通量试验,分析了水工混凝土抗渗性能受表面涂刷渗透结晶、养护相对湿度和养护龄期的影响作用.试验结果发现,混凝土抗氯离子和抗水渗透性能均随着养护龄期的延长、相对湿度的增加而提升,在相同情况下,表面涂刷渗透结晶比未涂刷时的抗氯离子和抗水渗透性更优;表面涂刷渗透结晶时,二次比一次抗渗能力更优,而相对湿度较低情况下涂刷渗透结晶试件低于未涂刷的抗渗性能.
In this paper,the impermeability of hydraulic concrete is analyzed by using the primary and secondary water permeability resistance tests and electric flux tests,which are affected by surface coating permeation crystallization,curing relative humidity and curing age.The results showed that the chloride ion resistance and water permeation resistance of concrete increased with the extension of curing age and the increase of relative humidity.When the surface is coated with permeable crystallization,the impermeability of the secondary is significantly better than that of the primary one,while the impermeability of the permeable crystallization specimen is lower than that of the unpainted specimen under the condition of low relative humidity.
