摘要
本文依据中国质量协会发布的《质量管理小组活动准则》(T/CAQ 10201-2020),针对创新型QC小组活动报告中存在的常见问题,结合多年QC小组活动实践工作,对创新型课题中的选择课题、设定目标及目标可行性论证、提出方案并确定最佳方案、标准化这四个活动步骤的评审要点进行解析,旨在提高QC小组活动的质量和效率.
Abstract
According to the"T/CAQ10201 Criteria for quality control circle activity"issued by the China Quality Association,in response to the common issues in the report of innovative QC group activities,combined with years of practical work in QC group activities,this paper analyzes the evaluation points of the four activity steps of selecting topics,setting goals and feasibility demonstration,proposing solutions and determining the best solution,and standardization in innovative topics.
