摘要
非物质文化遗产是中华民族宝贵的精神财富,是传统文化的体现.人们在享受非物质文化遗产成果的同时,也要重视对非物质文化遗产知识产权的保护.目前,在保护非物质文化遗产知识产权方面有待改进,比如非物质文化遗产利用方式不当、传承人的权利受到侵害等,不利于非物质文化遗产的传承和发展.基于此,本文探讨了非物质文化遗产知识产权保护面临的挑战与对策,希望能更好地传承和保护非物质文化遗产.
Abstract
The intangible cultural heritage is the precious spiritual wealth of our country,is the embodiment of the traditional culture of the nationalities.While enjoying the achievements of intangible cultural heritage,we should also pay attention to the protection of intellectual property rights of intangible cultural heritage.At present,there are many problems in the protection of intangible cultural heritage in China,such as improper use of intangible cultural heritage and infringement of the rights of inheritors,which is not conducive to the inheritance of intangible heritage.Based on this,this paper discusses the challenges and countermeasures of intellectual property protection of intangible cultural heritage,hoping to better inherit and develop intangible cultural heritage.
