Focus on the Shengli Youth Workers'Innovation and Optimize the Incentive Mechanism
At present,the post-90s and post-00s young generation has gradually become the backbone of high-quality development for state-owned enterprises.How to accurately grasp the needs at different levels and guide them to focus on innovation,base themselves on their positions,and achieve common development of enterprises and talents is an urgent problem to be solved at this stage.This paper takes the young employees of Shengli Oilfield as the main research object,analyzes the current status of the incentive mechanism,the problems and causes,and tries to provide incentives from the three aspects of growth,evaluation,and culture.Specific suggestions are given,and the incentive mechanism suitable for state-owned enterprises'young employees is gradually improved.
