摘要

本文研究了基于OpenCV的核电站控制棒驱动机构管口识别技术,在核电站反应堆压力容器顶盖的在役检查过程中,利用机器视觉技术实现控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)的管口自动识别具有重要意义.本研究使用OpenCV计算机视觉库,采用灰度化处理、滤波处理对图像进行预处理,通过霍夫变换算法实现管口的识别,以期提高反应堆压力容器顶盖检查的检测效率,缩短检测时间,为反应堆压力容器顶盖检查系统的自动化控制工作提供有效参考.

Abstract

This article studies the identification technology of control rod drive mechanism nozzle in nuclear power plants based on OpenCV.It is of great significance to use machine vision technology to achieve automatic identification of control rod drive mechanism(CRDM)nozzle during the in-service inspection process of the reactor pressure vessel head in nuclear power plants.This study uses the OpenCV computer vision library and preprocesses the images using grayscale processing and filtering.The recognition of the nozzle is achieved through the Hough transform algorithm,in order to improve the detection efficiency of the reactor pressure vessel head inspection,shorten the detection time,and provide effective reference for the automation control of the reactor pressure vessel head inspection system.
