建筑围护体系与能耗敏感性及经济关联性分析

马尔代夫地处热带,建筑物制冷需求大、耗能高,采取有效的被动式能耗设计对控制建筑物能耗至关重要。本文基于马尔代夫维拉纳国际机场航站楼(VIA)项目的能耗优化问题,通过EnergyPlus仿真软件开发优化流程,分析了建筑方位、长宽比、建筑围护结构参数、外遮阳系统、窗墙比等被动设计参数对热带地区建筑物总能耗的作用机理,分析了单项之间的定量关系,并基于建筑成本与能耗之间的关系分析了建筑能耗的多条件优化解。本文对热带地区建筑物围护体系的选型有重大助力,可以提升建筑物的整体能耗表现,帮助寻找最优的能耗设计组合。
Analysis of the Sensitivity and Economic Correlation between Building Envelope System and Energy Consumption
Located in the tropics,the Maldives faces high cooling demands and energy consumption in buildings,effective passive energy consumption design is crucial.This study,based on the energy optimization problem of the Velana International Airport Terminal(VIA)project in the Maldives,analyzes the mechanisms of passive design parameters such as building orientation,aspect ratio,building envelope parameters,external shading systems,and window-to-wall ratio using the EnergyPlus simulation software,it examines their quantitative relationships and explores multi-condition optimization solutions for building energy consumption based on the relationship between building cost and energy consumption.This research aids in selecting building maintenance systems in tropical areas,enhancing overall energy efficiency,and identifying optimal energy consumption design combinations.
